I have gone back and forth with my local Lowes (Danbury, CT) for over a year to get all resolved and after over 5 trips to my home from the installer, I still have damaged blinds.

Your installer took wrong measurements and your vendor (Bali) sent damaged blinds for many of the windows.

I had over 30 windows and from the start everything was a disaster. I ordered window coverings from Lowes on 10-8-21 and it has been a disaster. I will avoid contacting with Lowe’s at all cost in the future Try calling and getting in touch with people who handle the quality of installation work you will never hear from them.

I contacted on Jto replace my kitchen cabinets products was delivered on August 25, I had to call Lowe’s installers appointment was for September 10, no one showed up and Lowe’s always blamed them it is Lowe’s who hired them after months they fired the installers and on Octothe new installers come and install the cabinets he damaged a few doors and left a complete mess in my yard saw dust everywhere nails screws all over my kitchen broke two of tiles a completely disaster I am still speaking with Lowe’s to get everything fixed I did not get worth of what I paid I suggest go somewhere else one of the reasons I got my countertops from a private contractor it was completed in a week with no problem I only have one good thing to say the kitchen designer was extremely nice and professional including her manager however the installation nothing but a nightmare. REally? I said i will make sure corporate knows about how you treat customers here. What? manager calls to find out where the guys is. She's like how do you know you were before the other people waiting in the aisle for help? Wait what? I said you are kidding me right now right? Her associate starts mimicking me and making fun of me. I'm like i was before them, he came to help me and disappeared. I start complaining and the girl says to me, he's probably busy with other customers. He grabs a handle i paid for and head to the back to see if he can locate 4 more for me, because that's how many more I needed. on speaker 3 times and 30 min later the dude shows up. No one on the floor or registers wanted to help me see if there were more cabinet handles in stock.
